Our Services
Step 1: The Discovery Call
We begin with an introductory call to learn more about you and your project to determine the most fitting service, then we schedule our Design Consultation.
Step 2: The Design Consultation - Initial Meeting
Some clients come to us ready to begin a new construction project or embark on a room makeover. Others sense their home isn't working for them and aren't sure how to approach fixing it with a renovation or remodel. There are also times when a single meeting can provide just the right amount of direction for specific items such as confirming kitchen or bath selections, window treatments, art placement or reviewing a construction plan.
Whatever your goal, we always start with an introductory Design Consultation. This session, of up to two hours, will allow you to receive well-founded design advice while experiencing how our services are delivered. Once scheduled, we’ll send you a helpful guide sheet for preparation.
As our time together has been completed, we’ll have uncovered the design vision for your home and you’ll receive an action list for your project.
FEE: This session covers up to 2-hours with a flat fee of $795, prepaid prior to meeting. (For longer distances, travel fees may apply.)
Full-Scale Interior Design with Turnkey Results
Our hallmark service provides a personalized, turnkey level of design, allowing you to focus on other endeavors while our team takes care of the details. We’ll create thoughtful and distinctive spaces, for a single room or an entire home. Our well-organized process provides clear and concise guidelines for moving your project from concept to completion.
We'll initiate your project by scheduling our consultation to review your space, gathering important information while sharing some inspiring design direction. With your Project Agreement, we'll determine priorities, budgets and the team members needed who will play an important role. We'll develop your Master Design Concept, a personalized plan delivered to you in a document that includes space-planning, design drawings, and storyboards to bring your design to life.
From there, a final project review will allow for ordering product and will move us toward the project management phase. Deliveries and installations will bring us to the reveal and completion, where we oversee every detail for a photo-worthy finish!
FEE: The fee for Full-Scale Design is based on the project size and the scope of services to be provided. For projects requiring more than decoration or light renovations, please see our remodeling option.
Remodeling & New Construction
If you’re seeking to remodel your home to improve its function or bring it to a more current style—and you need assistance with plans and finish selections, this is the service for you. This is similar to our Full-Service process in regard to the degree of our involvement as we help you with decision-making and project plans.
As your project liaison, we'll focus on creating a vision and will provide a process to clearly communicate design concepts, projected budgets, and how your project will be organized. We eliminate second-guessing from the beginning, so you can enjoy your design experience from start to finish.
We team up with some of the best contractors, vendors and installers in our area in order to source and install tile, cabinets, fixtures and moldings to provide you with the ultimate combination of performance and beauty. Exteriors can be included. We’ll consider everything, from how you turn on the lights to anticipating your future needs.
We'll begin by scheduling our Initial Consultation for a full review of your plans, which could include a tour of the property. Working with the project team, we’ll establish milestones to meet deadlines.
FEE: The design fee for our Remodeling, Finish Selections & New Construction Service is based on the project size and the scope of services to be provided, and will be submitted in advance for agreement. (For longer distances, travel time may apply.)
Design Support Service™: In-Home or Virtual Design
A level above our two-hour initial Design Consultation is our Design Support Service. It’s intended for homeowners who prefer to carry out their design projects and would benefit from professional advice and guidance. Design Support consultations are implemented within a shorter time frame, through a condensed number of meetings and activities, with specific goals to accomplish.
Examples from our past sessions are question-and-answer consults, space-planning for furnishings purchases, room styling, selecting kitchen or bath finishes, determining solutions for window treatments, or art selection and placement. After our Introductory Call, we’ll schedule an Initial Consultation, during which your needs will be assessed and recorded. A plan will be developed for future activities, and an agreement will be provided, along with our fee.
FEE: The design fee for our Design Support Service begins at $1,600 and is based on the services to be provided. (The In-Home area would be within a 20-mile radius of Wesley Chapel/Weddington, NC.) Please keep specific needs/tasks in mind. This streamlined version is for clients who do not need our comprehensive Full-Service Design option.
